Naeborly has been founded by Jeff Hammond. Jeff has spent most of his career working in or alongside sales. Most of his roles were in account management but had also worked in direct sales and headed up a new business team for San Francisco based tech corporation. Having experienced the many pressures of having to achieve quota and build pipeline Jeff became successful through creating a blueprint to over achieve. But he often came into contact with sales reps, SDRs and account managers who struggled with not just finding opportunities but getting in contact with the right decision makers.

While working for small start up he started to think up ways to help his sales colleagues achieve their numbers. Through understanding the problem he was able to create a concept that takes the dreaded sales cold call and turns those conversations into a friendly 2 way exchange of minds.

Our mission is to change the way sales take place globally forever. No more sharks needed just a knowledgeable sales rep who cares about helping clients solve problems.
